A DangerCouch Christmas: Rise of the Futon Coming Dec. 6!

December 1st, 2007 by Mr. Danger

We know you’ve been waiting since last year.

Well, dry those eyes because your wait is almost over!

After successfully escaping last year’s run-in with the dastardly tinsel of doom, DangerCouch is back with Rise of the Futon.

Come join us for the event of the year on December 6!

The Boys Are Back In Town ~ DangerCouch.com

DangerCouch Episode 9: “The Furious Futons” will be unveiled as we take you on a journey into the Couch with Ruckus, Jimmy, The Drummer and Wilheim.

The fellas will perform live and will be joined by more than a dozen special guests for a mixture of music, drama and film you won’t want to miss.

Bring $5 with you, and that money will go toward building an orphanage village in Zimbabwe, Africa called Rekai Tangwena Children’s Home Zimbabwe.

We have a 70’s theme going on this year, so head to your parents’ closest or your local thrift store to find some groovy threads. We’re giving away an iPod for the best 70’s outfit.

We’ll see you at the show on Dec. 6 at 7 p.m. Doors open at 6:30.

The show’s taking place in the Visible School Auditorium, 9817 Huff N Puff Rd. Lakeland, Tennessee.

Meet This Year’s Special Guests!

If you’re doing a 70’s them then I thing it’s vital that you emphasize the use of bell bottoms and afros–I say nobody gets in without an afro. Bonus points for platform anything.

  3. Retro Man

Aggh, the chance to don an afro wig and put on a loud shirt and some bad ass flairs- nothing beats it

Aaah finaly a party with a 70’s theme in stead of a standard 80’s and 90’s party. Indeed like said by others it a good opportiunity to put on an afro wig hahahah. Let’s boogy!

About DangerCouch!

Tales of D.C.'s origin are as varied as the individuals who fabricate them. For many years the Industrial Accident theory dominated public opinion, but recently the Alien Brain Exchange theory has risen in prominence with the ever-present Government Conspiracy theory waiting for its moment in the sun.

The couchmen remain an enduring mystery as obscure to themselves as to their throngs of adoring fans.
